Adobe provides readers for the PDF file format free of charge. The free readers, which are available for DOS, Windows, and Macintosh platforms, can be found at Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Most campus computers already have Adobe Acrobat Reader and you should not try to download the software onto a campus computer.

Adobe also provides help with configuring your WWW browser to launch and read PDF files.
